I have been taking this probiotic for several years now. I found it at a health store and have found it to do the most for me. I just feel better and I digest my food better.
I attended a seminar at my health food store and was told to take this Total Digestion to help clear acne. I was reluctant to think anything would really help. It worked!

It is wonderful! I take this and the Mega Wellness Cleanse and it has cleared up my IBS. It helps me with regularity especially when I don't get enough fiber and vegetables in my diet.
