"Raw Mega Nutrition" has more supplements than any other multivitamins I have ever taken. I have been taking multivitamins most of my life, starting as a child, when the "Flintstones" vitamins came out for children. I am most impressed with the addition of items like Ginko, Selenium & Bee Pollen which generally would need to be an additional supplement. I feel good after taking this supplement, as well as, the internal cleaning products offered on this site. They work great too.
