I am definately getting a better nights sleep. I take 2 and also the curcumax. The combo is helping reduce pain in my shoulders so I can sleep.
My mother has dementia and becomes agitated easily. I believe in natural approaches if possible. The Dr. at the assisted living home had her on Xanax to calm her down and she was sleeping during the day! I got them to approve cbd instead to see if it would help her. I am amazed at the fact that she is calmed down, but not knocked out! This is great for her, so much better than drugs.
I take the curcumin and CBD supplements mid afternoon and any pain I may have been experiencing from my knee is gone! I am adding the Joint Renewal next, as I am sure I should be taking it too.
